Shipping Policy

Orders from our website are carefully packed and sent from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Once you order, we create a shipping label and notify you by email or SMS when it's ready. Our operations run Monday to Friday, except on holidays. Any delays will be announced on our website.

After pickup by a USPS driver, standard shipping takes 2-5 days to reach any US location. Expect longer times during holidays and peak seasons.

Every order is carefully packed in a discreet bubble wrap envelope or a brown cardboard box.

Upon receiving tracking info, we've generated the label. Your package will be picked up by USPS the same or next business day. If you got tracking info from us, your package should be on its way.
