Shipping Policy
All orders placed on our website are meticulously packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. Upon receipt of your order, we generate a shipping label, and you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information once the label is printed. Our operations are conducted Monday through Friday, with occasional exceptions on designated holidays. We promptly announce any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our website.
Orders are typically dispatched on the same day or the following business day from our warehouse. They are subsequently picked up by a United States Postal Service (USPS) driver. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 2 to 5 days to reach any location within the continental United States. However, during holiday periods and peak shipping seasons, additional time may be required.
All orders are packaged securely in either a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope or a brown cardboard box.
* Upon receipt of tracking information, we have generated the label, and your package will be retrieved from our warehouse by USPS on the same day or the following business day. Occasionally, USPS may require additional time to update their system records. However, if you have received tracking information from us, your package should be dispatched on that day or the following.
